Proper weight distribution is critical in obtaining a well-handling race car. To make sure your weight percentages are correct, you need the best computerized scale system, like the ones from Intercomp. Proper chassis setup separates the front runners from the followers. Intercomp scales provide the necessary data for any racer to become a chassis expert. If you're not using them for racing, these scales do an excellent job giving you individual wheel weights, percentages, and total weight. Intercomp SW Series Industrial Grade Scales compute center of gravity, weight as a percentage, individual platform and total weight. Self-contained indicator and printer available. Capacities from 4000 to 20,000 lbs.

High visibility liquid crystal display. Simultaneously reads out 4 lines of 20 characters each. Shows: (1) individual weight of each on each wheel; (2) percentage of total weight on each wheel; (3) LR and RF total weight plus percentage; RR and LF total weight plus percentage; (5) all wheel weights plus percentages at the same time; (6) plus all other possible combinations.

Top repeatability- consistently repeats same wheel weight. Jumbo built-in memory- holds up to 100 complete set-ups-including vehicle type and ID number! Permits "fine tuning" of vehicle weights and balance to get optimal weight distribution. Built-in self-diagnostics to check memory, display, keypad, weighing channels, power supply and weigh pads. Calibration- allows on-site user calibration. Shows weights in pounds or kilograms. Push button zero.

INTERCOMP SW-20K Vehicle Scale System Intercomp's new SW-20K Scale is the industry's highest capacity, portable corner weight scale system. The SW-20K is a portable scale system that is ideal for determining center of gravity, validating design weights, measuring down force, and certifying equipment, trailers, tractors, coaches, and other large wheeled vehicles. This system has a total capacity of 20,000 lbs / 10,000 kg and eliminates the need to guess corner weights and percentages. Each scale pad has a capacity of 5,000 lbs/2500 kg, is 15" x 15" x 4"H / 381 x 381 x 100 mm in size, and is machined from Billet Aluminum. A RS232 Serial Output port is included for data logging intovarious software packages including Intercomp's Optional Weight Management Software.
